What is Acupuncture?
Acupuncture is a traditional Chinese therapy that involves the insertion of needles around the body depending on the health concern. The insertion of the needles into the body is to help re balance the bodies Qi (prounounced Chi) also known as energy.
The needles used are very fine, single use and sterile. Once inserted they are manually manipulated to help the flow of Qi and release any blockages that may be causing your distress.
